Drop down list item hyperlinks

I have done a lot of searching, and posting, but no answers to what I thought would be an easy and common task. We would like each item in a form drop down list to open a web-based PDF (via a specific URL). Is there a way to assign each list item its own hyperlink?

The best way to handle this is to create an application popup menu. Look at my new series of articles on PDF Interactivity here on Acrobat Users. The first article is posted now and deals with adding Custom Menu Commands in Acrobat.
