Using Acrobat Standard X
I have a laptop and a larger second monitor (also ext mouse and keyboard). When reviewing docs, I have Acro on the #2 display.
 
Inserting a comment works fine, but if I want to right-click and edit Properties, the popup appears on the #1 display (laptop). Using different colors for various comments requires running the mouse over to the #1.
 
Is there a way to get the popup to occur on top of the doc on display #2?

No, sorry - Acrobat X does not support multiple-display systems so dialog boxes will open on the primary monitor irrespective of where the main windows are.
