We are using Adobe Standard 8 with outlook 2003.
User will either create PDF or is viewing a PDF, needs to email, will click the Email Icon button in Adobe Standard 8 and will get the following message:
'Unable to send this item"
clicks ok and computer freezes. ctrl alt del will clear them but their email is lost. Sometimes their email is a large email, also have noticed that this happens when the email is large.
It happened this morning, my boss went over there said that he took a look at the processes that were running in the background and saw that pdf setup was not responding. he killed that process and the email draft reappeared. She was able to hit send and her email was sent.
But usually everything will just disappear. This is happening to a few of our users, have been looking around the net for a solution, I will keep looking but if anyone has any suggestions or answers please let me know. Thank you
