Email attachments not converting

WIndows XP Pro/Adobe 9 STD/Outlook 2003
When attempting to print an email from the Sent Items to Adobe PDF, it converts the email but the attachments are missing.
Recreated user profile and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe 9 STD.
