Email Conversion!

I have been using the email conversion for about a year and every thing was going great. Then on 7/11/2008 my email started skipping. I have not been able to archive my email since 7/11. What am I missing? I am using Acrobat Pro 2008. I have also tried to start from the beginning but still no luck.

Did you install Reader 9 by any chance around 7.11 ?

Try repairing your Acrobat installation. Acrobat>Help/Repair
