email a PDF as a page

Hi, I have a two page pdf which is actuallya newsletter. I would like to email it as a page(s) not as an attachment. I can't see any way to email it other than as an attachment.
Can anyone help??

You need to a Macintosh for the email and the PDF must be one page only.
