I have a pdf which was sent to me of an electrical schematic. The problem is that I cannot read the fine print on the document and I whenever I enlarge it the print is blurred so that I can't read it. Is there anyway to do this?

The file is probably made out of scanned images because when you zoom in on real PDF text the quality remains the same (since it's a vector, not a bitmap image). There's nothing much you can do except contact the creator of the PDF and ask them for a higher quality version, or better yet, a non-scanned one.
