Error "Invalid Page Range" or "Conversion setting Paramenters"

I get this message when I try to "Combine Files" from a folder that are all Word docs to a single PDF file or as a package file. I use to be able to drop the files into the combine feature box and create the file and everything worked fine. Now it errors out with the subject errors. Our IS team has tried to repair, reloaded the software, reset the default settings, checked the conversion parameters in Word and in Acrobat. Nothing has worked. I need this functionality and it is obviously NOT working. I need help trying to isolate where the problem might be. I have submitted a bug, the other forum (Acrobat) has not responded and I am desperate. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I have checked the FAQ's, searches and nothing is there to address this specific issue. Thanks, Clois Beckwith
