What does this mean when converting pdf into jpg?

Hi

I've come across this problem myself when there are issues with certain fonts inside the PDF document. Are you in a position to re-make the PDF but with different fonts? Another alternative might be to look at converting the fonts to outlines within the preflight of Acrobat 9 Professional and then try re-converting once again.

I tried to change the fonts like what you have suggested but to no avail. Tsk..tsk..tsk..
