When one of the user is trying to convert a word document to PDF, the conversion stops in between and throws an error message "Acrobat Distiller has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for incovinience."

The user is using Acrobat Pro v9.1.2.

Please let me know if any more information is needed. Any input on this will be very helpful. Thank You,

What version of Word is this? Can you find any information in the log file? The location for the log file on Windows XP is usually C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\Distiller 9

Word version is 2003 SP3.

I tried checking few files in those directories, but could not find any useful information.

If there is any specific log file that should be checked after a conversion fails, please let me know about it and I will check that.

Look for a file called message.log (you can open it up with Notepad) in C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\Distiller 9
