Everything Disappears after saving

I'm useing Acrobat 8 Pro. When I export to a pdf and save it- everything is fine after I open up the pdf document. However, if I make a comment or anything and save it, the next time I open it up everything is gone except the comments. Any help on what's wrong is greatly appreciated. I need this to get fixed asap for work reports

Hmm, I'd suggest trying to save it in a different, older format. If that doesn't work, you may need to uninstall, and reinstall. If you can get your hands on Acrobat 9, that would definitely help.

This issue is related to how the original PDF was created (VideoSoft PDF Generator 1.0). If you do a Goggle search you'll find other instances of folks having problems with this PDF creation software especially when you try to do additional things to the PDF -- like page insertion or annotations.
