In Acrobat 9 Pro I cannot extract even a single page without receiving an out of memory warning. I can insert and delete, but not extract. Also when I examine the document it will not let me save. Any suggestions?

I have detected and repaired my installation, also I examine the document and when that crashes I Optimize, but with the same results. This happens on several computers.

Distiller removes my bookmarks. These are manuals that need to have bookmarks.
