Problem
How do I Save a Completed PDF Form in Adobe Reader? Normally PDF forms cannot be saved when they are filled out using the Adobe Reader, only printed or just the data can be emailed or submitted via the web.

Solution
Acrobat 8 Professional and all versions of Acrobat 9[\
Only Acrobat 8 Professional (not early versions of Acrobat) and Acrobat 9, allow users to Reader-enable a PDF, so that the form can be saved in the free Reader (version 7 and later). There are license limitations associated with Reader-enabling your form in Acrobat 8 Pro./Acrobat 9 so be sure to check out the following article for more information:

If your form exceeds the volume and usage limitations for Acrobat 8 Pro./Acrobat 9, consider using the LiveCycle Reader Extensions ES Server Product. For more information visit the following URL:

Check out the following post for suggestions on how to collect data from a form with the free reader if I don't have Acrobat 8 Professional or Acrobat 9.
