Faxing from Adobe Acrobat 8.1 Standard

Recently installed a Microsoft Fax server. When printing .pdf files to the fax printer the "progress" box stays on the screen at 100% and I cannot preview the fax. I also get an error message "There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found." Any solution to the inability to preview?

Hi wavyhill,

This sounds like an issue that was fixed in the 8.1 release. Can you confirm that you have the update installed and that you have the printing HotFix from Microsoft(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930627) installed as well?

Sorry Lori but I already have 8.1 and the microsoft hotfix you referenced is for 64 bit operating systems and I do not have that.

Any other thoughts?
