File not found (Reader v 9.2)

I have an asp.net application that is being used as a document store, storing the documents on SQL server 2008. I can quite easily save and reopen PDF files saved within the document store, but a colleague of mine gets the File Not Found error message.

This doesn't appear to be a "s issue as we are both using the same version of PDF reader. I've tried disabling the 'Display in internet browser' setting to no avail.......

My Product Information:
Reader 9.2, Windows

This problem can occur if the filename contains spaces (My Form.pdf).
If so, then replace them with underlines (My_Form.pdf) and see if this works.

This also is true for the filepath.
So a foldername with spaces can also be the reason.

I don't think this is true in this case. It works fine on my machine, but not on one the clients machine. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of Reader to no avail.

Did you test it?

Yes I've tested it. The name of the file doesn't have spaces in it. I've tried having reader already launched as a background process, but still get the same error message.
