File type?

On a Mac desktop, how can I distinguish the type of .pdf the file is? I need pdf file copies in high and low rez and can never distinguish which file is which. About this file does not help.

You can't determine file resolution by examing desktop document icons. You can use Get Info (Cmd+I) to se the file size in the Get Info window, but that won't tell you whether the file is high or low res. Obviously if examining two files and the file size is greater in one Get Info window you'll know the file is a higher resolution than the other window.
