Filling PDF-Form than print and send as eMail

Hello there
I hear about a solution, that i can create a PDF-Form, put it on my Website and the User can fill it out an Print, also the Form will send to different email adresses.
Please can you tell me, what kind of Software i need?

I guess that "Adobe Acrobat" should be the good answer…
