Firefox for OS X plugin

I'm running the latest version of Leopard and like to have Firefox as my default browser. I also have Acrobat Professional v8 installed.

I can't get a PDF to display inside of Firefox as I can with Safari. Is there a plugin for Firefox? Where can I get it?

But it's not an Adobe plugin, some (advanced) PDF can't be displayed...
