floating (non-scrolling) image?

I'm building an order form, and I'm wondering if there's any way to incorporate a floating navigation bar with links.

In other words, I have this little image that just has 3 words that I'd like to set up so that each of them links you to a new page in the PDF. I'd like this image to just float where it is, while the rest of my pdf scrolls. so that no matter where the user is within my PDF doc vertically, they are always seeing this little navigation image.

I feel like I've seen this done before. Does anybody know how to make it happen on a PDF?

(I'm using Acrobat Pro 9.2).

Thanks!

Read this PDF manual published by Ted Padova. You'll have to use the JavaScripting features available in the Menu bar in Acrobat.
