I am looking for a way to add footers to a PDF with elements that go beyond what appears to be the built-in functionality of Acrobat X. I want:

1) A 1/2" high green bar across the entire bottom of the page.
2) A page number on the right
3) Potentially a company logo on the left

Acrobat Pro 10.0, Windows

Create the graphical elements on a new blank one-page PDF, and apply it to your document as a watermark. Then add the page numbers using the footer tool.

You can add all of the graphical elements you want using a watermark.
Page numbers are one of the built-in options when adding a footer.
