I've created a two page document in Powerpoint and converted to .pdf

How do I set up the document so that it is always opened in continuous facing view by the reader??

Open the Document Properties (Crtl/Command + D), click Initial View and select Two-Up Continuous (Facing) from the Page layout pull-down menu. Save your file and the new page layout view overrides the user's prefs.
