Foxprint font problems

Foxprint Font problem: I have a one of a kind, 2000 page PDF that contains data imported from Foxpro, an old MS DB program. The PDF is not illegible at this point as the Foxprint font is not readable. If I can turn up a copy of the font, how do I install it and then what is the best way to export the PDF so that I can change the font to a usable version? Unfortunately, we do not have access to Foxpro nor to any other form of this PDF.

I would look at using Acrobat and/or some 3rd party solution for changing the font being used in the document.
