About six weeeks ago I purchased Acrobat 9 Pro from a third party vendor. I was told I would receive a free upgrade to Acrobat X when it came out. I have activated and registered by copy of 9 Pro with Adobe. Is there anything else I have to do to get upgraded?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.4, Windows

It doesn't happen automatically. You need to submit a request.
