Are GEO PDF's available in 3D or just 2D products?

GeoPDF is a file format from TerraGo. They provide a plug-in for Acrobat that enables the conversion and then viewing and measurement of 2D geospatial information in the Adobe Reader. It does not provide any support for projecting geospatial information onto 3D datasets.
