learn the KISS method. Your software integrates too much with the OS when all the majority of people really need is a simple/basic PDF generator.

it should be no more complex than a simple print driver.

You should include a basic pdf generator with the free version of Acrobat reader. People that need the advanced functions of Acrobat will seek it out and learn to use it. The majority of us just want something simple.

I've run into so many incompatibility issues with Adobe Acrobat that i'm constantly directed away from using your software to perform it's most basic and prime function - generate a PDF file.

The solution when i have issues always turns out to use a program like PDFCreator or EasyPDF to generate the PDF files.

I have better luck opening Acrobat to add things like document security and comments AFTER i generate them in a program like PDFCreator or EasyPDF.

I agree. Hide the complex features and make it consistent with other Adobe product is important. Why can't Adobe make the editing tools the same as Illustrator or Photoshop? Acrobat looks like a program comes from a different company.
