Highlight text searches in PDF at once

Hi all,
Is there a way to highlight a particular word automatically throughout a PDF?
Eg I'd like the word "loss" to be highlighted everywhere in a document (200+ occurences) without having to skip through the search results doing it manually for each one?
I use Acrobat reader and Prof. v7.0.5

You can't highlight them all but you can use the F3 key (Windows only) to navigate through all your search terms and highlight them.
