WinXP Home; Firefox 3.6.21
In Web Page Conversion Settings box/window, on the General tab, Settings button: I can change the Base Font size there -- for File Type "Html". But it seems that that change only works for some web pages; and is ineffective for others. I also change the font size for file type "text". It also has no effect on the resultant pdf. The following url is the web page I am trying to increase the font size when creating a pdf.

I thought may be the stuff on the right side of the web page is preventing the change in font size to work. So I highlight all the text (including the title) on the left side -- up to and before the Comment section -- and then click on the Convert Web Page in Firefox. But I get the entire web page with no change in font size.
What am I doing wrong?
TIA

I realize that I didn't copy the highlighted text to the Clipboard. After doing that, I go to Acrobat and create PDF from Clipboard. The font change works fine there.
I am still interested to know why the change in Base Font size (in Web Page Conversion Settings) works on some Web pages and not others. Is there a general rule as to which web sites it will work on? Or whether I am doing something wrong?
TIA
