How to enable PDF form webservice doesn't work

Hi everyone,

Yes it seems a dump question and I know that PDF can enabled using Acrobat or even Readers-Extension server.

The situation is that I am developing about 46 forms which will be filled and saved locally to be checked-in Documentum. The forms will have many text fields, check boxes and date fields as well as using Web Services to populate some data from back end system which I don't want to bother you with. The end user will open the forms and fill it using Adobe Reader 8.0+ so the forms were configured to be running on readers 8.0+ and I extended the reader right to fill and save the file but I am facing a problem with web services usage. Once I open the file in reader and tried to run any web services, it doesn't return anything!! all it does is the cursor will be a circle for a second and nothing happens.

I tried using it with Acrobat Pro X and it works perfectly but Reader no??!!

How to enable the web service usage with the use of Readers-Extension Server as my customer doesn't have it and won't get it.

I am already behind the plan and very desperate so please I need your help.
