I would like to use "pdf optimizer" for pdf optimization. I have encountered a problem that a batch of pdf whcih is located in different folders. Do anyone found tools for optimize it and auto save to the same directory?
Thanks.

The "Batch Processor" in the Professional version can process all or selected the files in a folder, so you would need to process each folder and apply the PDF Optimization as part of the saving of the processed file.

thanks gkaiseril.
However, the "batch processor" processes all document inside folder such as Excel, jpg. How can I optimize pdf only which remain the folder structure? (as I need to re-organise pdf to right folder in case I sort it out)
Thanks.

There a button in the batch process window that allows you to select the file types to process (beside PDF). De-select everything in that window and only PDF files will be processed.
