1- Select the "Touch-up Object tool", right-clic upon the image, then "Edit image" (in Photoshop), edit it, then save and close : it'll be updated in the PDF file.
2- Delete the image using the "Touch-up Object tool", and paste the new one using the Hand tool, then flatten the page (otherwise image will stays as a "comment" object).
