HTML link to specific term

I’m wondering if it is possible to link to a specific pdf page where a specific term first appears.
 
For example, there is an html link to a test.pdf, test.pdf contains the term “Equivalence”. Which page the term is in is un-known. But I do know that the term is in the .pdf file. Is it possible to open the pdf file and have it go-to the page where the term “Equivalence” first appears? Thanks.
