1. I created the PDF from Word by using PRINT option. PDF is generated but the hyperlinks in the TOC are not working.

2. Hyperlinks of the Bookmarks that are created in the Adobe 7.0 are not working. I created a few bookmarks in an existing PDF and they showed up in the left pane but after saving the PDF, hyperlinks of Bookmarks are not working.

Please help,

Thanks in advance.

Use the PDFMaker instead of printing to a PDF.

As noted, you need to use the PDF Maker add-in of MS-Word's "Save as PDF".

Think of the Adobe PDF printer as printing to paper, but the paper is a file. And like a printed piece of paper, there are no interactive features available in the produced file just like there are no interactive features on a printed piece of paper.
