1. I created the PDF from Word by using PRINT option. PDF is generated but the hyperlinks in the TOC are not working.

2. Hyperlinks of the Bookmarks that are created in the Adobe 7.0 are not working. I created a few bookmarks in an existing PDF and they showed up in the left pane but after saving the PDF, hyperlinks of Bookmarks are not working.

Please help,

Thanks in advance.

Printing to PDF creates a flat PDF, with no interactive features. What you want to do is to use the Word to PDF converter. There should be a menu item in word labeled "Adobe PDF". This was installed when Acrobat was installed. Unless Word was installed later. In that case open up Acrobat 7 and select the Create PDF open on the File menu.
