I deleted Adobe Toolbar in IE8, want to reinstall

I have Abobe acrobat 9 pro and I accidently deleted my IE8 Adobe toolbar with the buttom to make an adobe document from a web page. I want to re-install the Abobe page maker toolbar on IE8.

My current Adobe related IE8 add ons are (1) Adobe PDF Reader "enabled" (2) Adobe PDF Link Helper "enabled" (3)shockwave flash object "enabled" and (4) get_atlcom class "enabled".

I tried to repair my installation of Abobe 9 pro, hoping that the IE8 toolbar would auto install, but no joy.

If push comes to shove, I can try to create a custom IE8 button to convert a webpage to an adobe document, but I just want the old button back. The Abobe tool bar in not just disabled or turned off, I some how deleted it, maybe by some Windows XP registry edit or something else.

I can not just roll back back system due (XP system restore) as I had a scareware virus (thank you NY Times!) that is in still seeded in the old system restore files.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I am even willing to remove and completely re-install Abobe acrobat 9, it that it what it takes.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro Extended 9.2, Windows

In my case, the toolbar has never shown or been available. This even though the Tools Manage add-ons menu shows as "enabled" the Adobe PDF link Helper, the Adobe PDF conversion Toobar, and the Smart Select Class. All of these show their versions to be "930.148". My system is Windows 7 (32bit). Let's hope someone responds.
