Hello, I have been creating an index using Acrobat v709 (on windows XP). When all folders are added at once the build crashes. When folders are added one by one the builds are successful with idx files of approx. 2.5 MB. When "index11" is reached the file size leaps to 1.5GB. The added files for this index are only 31MB. The build time increases dramatically. Please help !!
Are all your files created with Acrobat or are you using any 3rd party PDF creation tools? What type of PDFs are in the index11?
Also, are you indexing locally or on a network? If you're on a network, try moving the files to a local location to avoid network connectivity issues.
