Internet Explorer 7 allows you disable individual add-ons, and it has a ‘Reset’ button (available from the Tools, Internet Options menu, under the Advanced Tab) that disables all Add ons. Are all the Add ons enabled?

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your last post Lori. All of the Add ons are enabled. It still crashes when I try to open up a PDF. This is just on my work station at work. My home machine works fine.
I installed a plug-in not long ago that I have been using with Acrobat 8 that I need to use in my PDF production workflow and ever since I installed the plug-in (very expensive plug-in) Several things have not been working as I expect them to. That may just be a coincidence. Of course I had problems in Acrobat 8 with this same plug-in all which the company said they could not reproduce when I reported the problems.
I think I may just reinstall IE 7 and see what happens. Or maybe I should just go back to Firefox. Believe it or not some of the web features things that my company uses on the Intranet don't work with Firefox so that is why I went to IE 7.
