InDesign to PDF

I was sent a PDF that was an InDesign one pager with 1 layer and a master page. The master page contaims two images, no alternative in the images. When it was converted from InDesign to PDF, tags enabled, and I fixed some the issues; I keep getting the Checker saying that the one of the two images does not contain alternative. I can plainly see the alternative text using TURO and looking at images tag properties. Anybody know a solution around this?

Getting a document to pass the full check is not trivial - I'd suggest watching these videos, if you haven't already; the first shows what should be done in ID, and the second how to fix things that didn't export right despite all those efforts:
