Hello, I am exporting an InfoPath form in landscape to Reader 9 and Professional 7 and they both convert it to portrait. It was working fine until we installed Office 2007 SP2. Is anyone else experiencing this?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.1.1, Windows
hostgatorcoupontrader (not verified)
I'm using acrobat 9 with the 2007 office suite. I have not experienced this problem.

Some possible sources of the problem.
--| The work flow is trying to have Office 2007 applications use the PDFMaker associated with Acrobat 7.
--| Multiple versions of Acrobat are installed on the computer (e.g., Acrobat 7 and Acrobat 9)

Acrobat's PDFMaker compatibility with Office 2007 began with the Acrobat 8.1 update.
An upgrade to Office 2007, while still using earlier Acrobat releases (8.0, any 7.x, any 6.x, or older)
will preclude any successful use of the older Acrobat's PDFMaker.

Removing/uninstalling the older Acrobats and installation of Acrobat 8.x, followed by a step through of the
Acrobat 8 updates to dot release 8.1.6 would provide the full set of current Acrobat 8 features, bug-fixes, security, etc.
Alternatively, the installation of Acrobat 9.x, with the step through of updates could be done.
It is important to remove/uninstall the older Acrobat versions. Multiple versions installed on a computer is neither
recommended nor supported by Adobe.

Quote:
Adobe recommends that you have only one version of Adobe PDFMaker installed on a system. Multiple versions can cause conflicts and unexpected behavior such as errors and freezes in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, or third-party macros and templates. Additionally, if errors occur when you upgrade Acrobat, then components from previous versions may remain on your system. To ensure that only the proper version of Adobe PDFMaker and current components are installed on your system, use the following steps:

1. Confirm that you are using a version of PDFMaker that is compatible with your Office application.
2. Remove files from previous versions of PDFMaker.
3. Reinstall and repair the current version of PDFMaker.
4. Consult the Adobe Knowledgebase.
