Hello,
Is it possible to Insert a hyper link to another document and a specific page in a Portfolio in Acrobat Pro X ?
 
If so, can someone provide me with steps on how to do so ?

Open the file from which the link should start, and use the Link tool (Tools Pane > Content) to draw the region for the link. In the popup message choose "Go to a page view" action and press Next, then navigate through your Portfolio to the destination file and page. While you do that, the dialog remains in view, and when you get there just click the Set Link button to set the destination. It doesn't matter if you have to switch to another window to get to the destination you want, but both files must be within the same PDF Portfolio.Note that files within a Portfolio cannot directly "see" each other, so you can't script these links or pre-define them from within a member file before it's added to the Portfolio.
