Is it possible to change the border color of the search "results" box?

Hi folks,

First time poster.

Let me preface this by saying I've been on PLENTY of forums and I know the value and importance of searching a forum for answers to my question before posting a question.

So, with that out of the way, and with no valid results from my searches here and on google, here is my question.

When searching for text in a PDF and, if one is zoomed out enough, a "box" appears in the PDF showing you the text found. I was wondering if the color of the results box can be altered. If so, how?

The color of the results box is blending too much with the colors of text in the PDF and can't be visually differentiated easily.

Please advise.
