Japanese language support in English version of Acrobat 9

Can anyone help? I need to use English and Japanese on a daily basis, but would rather have an English version of Acrobat 9 on Windows XP which has Japanese language support. Does the English version of Acrobat 9 support Japanese language input/output? Thx.

What do you mean by "input/output"? Do you just need to read documents in Japanese, or do you also need to enter text in it?

Yes. I need to input Japanese and then output the document as a PDF file in which the text doesn't get munged...

To give you a clearer picture of my position: I could easily buy the Japanese version, which would be no problem to use because I read and write Japanese, but would prefer to have the English version because most of the time I'll be working in English. MS Word handles IMEs and Far Eastern fonts in an English language environment no problem, but I have never used Acrobat in this way, hence my dialemma.
