I've lost the ability to preview PDF's when creating forms in LC designer. There used to be a PDF preivew tab. is there any way to add that back in?

Right mouse click in a blank area above the layout editor and select the "Preview PDF" option.

From the "View" menu option select the "Preview PDF" option or press the F5 key.

Try to deactivate the option "Display PDF in Browser" in your Acrobat preferences (ctrl+k) under "Internet".
Close and reopen Designer and check what happens.

Then, your only option is to un- and reinstall Designer and Acrobat, I think.

I saw a topic on this same problem when I was hunting for something else - just found it again. While it doesn't explain how to fix it, there is a "trick" mentioned by one poster that may work for you:

preview-pdf-tab-disappeared-my-livecycle-design-workspaceHope that helps you out!
