I want to create a link in a PDF document that will open an e-mail addressed to a particular recipient with a predefined subject. Is this possible? Seems very simple, but I can't seem to find how to make it work.

Thanks for any help.

using the link tool, at 'link action' select 'open a web page' and click next. In the 'edit URL' dialog enter
'mailto:recipientsname [at] domain [dot] com?subject=whatever you want' (without quotes)
select appearance to taste.
