Linking to another file on a cd

I am creating a file which I am going to burn to a cd. I would need to create a link to media file on the cd.

I know how to go about linking to other files on my pc, but the linking info always includes the path on my pc. how can i modify the link so it points to the file on my cd?

Keep in mind that a user will have to have the appropriate player for your media file(s).
Using Acrobat Pro 9.2, have you considered bring the media into PDF where it is implemented as flash?
