Instead of having to open the bookmarks left panel, i want to creat a list of book mark titles in a page at the begining of the pdf publication, clicking on any of these titles will take the user to the corresponding bookmark in the aPDF document, how is that possible

Using Acrobat's Link tool, the only option for the link "Action" that might go from the link annotation on the PDF page to a Bookmark entry in the Bookmark pane is "Run a JavaScript".

If you want a link, on the first page, to go to a somewhere on another page, one method is to use the Action "Go to a Page View".
