The Look of Dataset file vs Excel file

I'm a beginner, so please, go easy.
Here's my question:
When inside the dataset file, with the form data nicely displayed at top, beautiful headings & columns, can you print the dataset file to look like the top part (heading & data) of datset file and not just the forms? It looks so nice. When I export data into an Excel spreadsheet, the headings have [0] bracketed zeros after them--this looks unfinished.
Is it possible to print the top display only, that shows up in a dataset file?
Thanks very much,
vickimac

Hi Vicki,

It is a nice appearance. But unfortunately you can't print the data displayed in the PDF Package unless you export as a csv file and print from a program that you open that file in.
