How can I mark text in a PDF? It isn't at the Options-menu (I've got the dutch version)

With Text Markups. Look on the Comments Panel/menu/toolbar

This only works in:
1. Acrobat Pro/standard at all time
2. Adobe Reader if the PDF is
a. Reader Enabled
b. Some markups available in Reader X.

(and if the file is scanned, only if it has been OCRed. Otherwise you will need to use the Square tool, for example)

Good Catch!! I didn't think about scanned docs. Those are always a problem.
