Trying to mark up some PDFs and when I go to draw a rectangle (or arrow), I can only drag it certain increments, instead of dragging it freely. How can I fix this?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

Try this: View menu - untick Snap to Grid

Thanks! I must have clicked Ctrl+Alt+"U" instead of "I" when I was inserting files.
