Has anyone had a problem with the menu bar overwriting when opening a pdf? In the course of a CD-ROM build containing pdfs, we've found that the menu bar often opens with an overwritten view. This clears if the menu bar is selected. The overwrite is specific to the file being opened, eg teacher_text_pdf. It obscures the Acrobat menu bar until selected. But also sometimes, the Acrobat menu bar only partially opens - no overwrite, but missing several of the usual items.
