Is there a way to merge parts of 2 pages into 1 ? For example, I would like to combine the top half of 2 existing pages into one page

My Product Information:
Acrobat 9.4.3, Windows

You can print the file to a new PDF (aka re-frying) and choose multiple pages per page with the layout 1x2.

I am not sure this works. It seems to merely shrink the entire page into half a page. This is not what I am seeking to do. I wish to extract the top half of one page and insert it in the bottom half of another page without shrinking the content. The original bottom half of both pages is to be discarded.
